As humans, we are constantly evolving, adapting, and shifting.

Each new season we find ourselves in ushers in a reacquaintance or realization of parts of ourselves.

These are shifts and changes you

do not have to navigate alone.

Allow yourself the opportunity to receive support

as you wade through season after season.

Life is fluid. So are you.

Seasons of Ourselves was born through a dream of facilitating accessible, approachable, and grounded mental health services with ease and heart. Our aim is to demystify the stigma around receiving support and co-create a relationship with you that fosters your growth and self-discovery.

About me…

Anna Kujacznski, LSWAIC

I deeply believe in the power of witness. So much of what we yearn for and seek as humans in an attempt to “fix” ourselves is simply the opportunity to be witnessed by another. I view much of what can be called clinical therapy as one human offering space and co-regulation to another, which at the heart of it, does not feel clinical at all. In this space, you are invited to address the layers of your lived experience in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with life stressors, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, abusive relationships, divorce, existential crises, and both acute and chronic traumas. My background is in Somatic Experiencing therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In combination, these modalities offer a gentle yet challenging approach to the healing work of your whole self.

An enormous piece of creating and providing safety is cultivating safety within your own body. Through a somatic lens, we will focus on the felt-sense of your life experiences and honor the soft animal of your physical self that has carried you through those experiences. Using awareness of our bodies’ sensation cues, we will build the presence of mind to sit with and move through current trials and past traumas toward a sense of release and completion. Cultivating safety within the body creates room to harness your own internal and primal wisdom, which can then allow for the subtle work of integrating and reconnecting of all of your parts.

A Midwestern gal, born and raised in Michigan, I received my Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Health Science from Western Michigan University, with a minor in Holistic Health. I then spent the following five years pursuing a career in the medical field, which ultimately led to deep self-discovery and a few enormous life transitions. It was from this place of clarity and assuredness that I chose to pivot and pursue a Master of Social Work at my alma mater. I also specialized in somatic therapy through the Peter Levine Somatic Experiencing International Institute in Boulder, Colorado.  Following a dream of living out west, I relocated to Bellingham, WA to enjoy the endless access to nature, which I believe to be deeply healing, supportive, and inspirational to my work and my ability to remain present and grounded. Outside of work, I spend the majority of my time following my golden retriever, Vida, through the mountains looking for a perfect reading spot.
