ā
itās time to remember who you are
We arenāt born into this world with the knowledge of the trees.
No internal clock tells us, Grow now. No pattern of the sun whispers, Rest for a while.
Itās up to each of us to weather our own seasons, to learn what it takes to nurture ourselves throughout each one, to root in places we care to grow, and to keep our faces turned toward the sky, toward everything we hope weāll becomeā
Strong, like the trees.
Vibrant, like the flowers.
Swelling, building, like the oceans.
On Earth, our seasons change with relative predictability. But within ourselves, the seasons are less predictableāprone, vulnerable to change, from even one breath to the next.
In my work as a therapist and coach, I hold the container in which youāre able to do your growing.
To center your needs, I separate my practices broadly into therapy, and coaching: The former aimed at healing past wounds and processing trauma, the latter geared for growth, goal-setting, and imagining whatās possible.
My primary services aim to offer a well-rounded approach to tackling whatever youāre up against; no matter the season, weāll pick a path and weather it all together.
With a holistic, human-centered approach that accounts for body and mind, past and future, weāll determine the best path for you, and begin to learn and locate the tools youāll need to weather every season.
Weāll do the work arm in arm, grounding your healing and growth within your core values and ultimately supporting you in crafting a life thatās aligned, authentic, and always-lush, in some sweet way or another.
How tall might you grow with care planned for every season youāll endure?
Iām here to get into the nitty-gritty with you. As your therapist or coach, Iām here to ensure that you have the support you need for right now, and I want you to know that, when youāre ready, someday, itāll be time again to reach for moreāand Iāll be there to help then, too.
Life is long, our seasons are many. I want to help you live within them all as completely and fully, as bursting with life, as possible.
