β SEASONS OF OURSELVES β
ANNA KUJACZNSKI, MSW
THERAPIST, COACH, WRITER
On Earth, our seasons change with relative predictability.
But within ourselves, the seasons are less predictableβprone, vulnerable to change, from even one breath to the next.
We arenβt born into this world with the knowledge of the trees.
No internal clock tells us, Grow now. No pattern of the sun whispers, Rest for a while.
Itβs up to each of us to weather our own seasons, to learn what it takes to nurture ourselves throughout each one, to root in places we care to grow, and to keep our faces turned toward the sky, toward everything we hope weβll becomeβ
Strong, like the trees.
Vibrant, like the flowers.
Swelling, building, like the oceans.
In my work as a therapist and coach, I hold the container in which youβre able to do your growing.
To center your needs, I separate my practices broadly into traditional therapy, and coaching: The former aimed at healing past wounds and processing trauma, the latter geared for growth, goal-setting, and imagining whatβs possible together.
Specifically, my primary services are made up of 1:1 Clinical Therapy, Coaching, Therapeutic Writing Group, and Clarity Workshops.
With a holistic, human-centered approach that accounts for body and mind, past and future, weβll determine the best path for you, and begin to learn and locate the tools youβll need to weather every season.
Weβll do the work arm in arm, grounding your healing and growth within your core values and ultimately supporting you in crafting a life thatβs aligned, authentic, and always-lush, in some sweet way or another.
How tall might you grow with the right tending, with care planned for every season youβll endure?
