Refund & Payment Policy
Seasons of Ourselves

All payments made to Seasons of Ourselves for mentorship container are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.

No refunds. No exceptions. This applies regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, personal or financial hardship, dissatisfaction with results, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use sessions.

No pauses. The container runs for its full contracted term. Life happening does not pause your container.

No cancellations. Enrollment constitutes a binding financial commitment for the full duration. If you are on a monthly payment plan, all remaining installments are due in full. A payment plan is a payment structure — not an opt-out clause.

No rollovers. Sessions not used within their scheduled period are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Seasons of Ourselves and Anna Kujacznski are not liable for:

• Emotional discomfort, activation, or distress arising from the mentorship process

• Financial decisions made during or following the container

• Outcomes, results, or lack thereof — coaching and mentorship do not guarantee specific results

• Technical issues outside our control affecting session access or delivery

• Third-party platforms used to deliver services (Meet, Telegram, Acuity, etc.)

This work is mentorship and coaching — not therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advising. If you require licensed clinical support, you are responsible for seeking it independently.
