  • I support you to identify the identities, roles, and patterns you’re ready to release, and practice choosing differently in real time. We focus on the moments where you hesitate, over-accommodate, second-guess, or abandon yourself, and we interrupt them while they’re happening.

    This is a space to:

    • Test new ways of speaking, choosing, and setting boundaries

    • Name what you want without minimizing or explaining it away

    • Build tolerance for being seen, taking up space, and following through

    I meet you with presence, direct guidance, and nervous-system-informed practices that help your body catch up to the life you’re ready to live.

    This is not talk therapy.
    It’s a container for unlearning what keeps you small and practicing authorship.

    Self-scheduled 60min sessions, offered biweekly or twice per month. We discuss whats coming up, whats leaving, whats metabolizing…

  • For the weeks we are not in a container together, you are expected to take action with real life, appicable, actionable practices, rituals, and soulwork to take out into your lived experience.

    You will be invited to step into the direct experience of standing in your Truth, exercising boundaries, and claiming your sovereignty through aligned action.

  • In between our time together, we will share a Voxer channel for boots-on-the-ground support.

    This allows you to name whats present AS it is present, either to be responded to by me within 48 hours, or as a ‘pin’ for us to return to in session.

    This is also a beautiful container for you to begin using your voice and naming and hearing your own authority.
